Assalaamu Alaikum:

As we are receiving the blessed month of Ramadan we would like to express to our community best wishes and gratitude. The Muslim community in the Cape is growing, alhamdulillah. At present we use a basement offered by a member of our community. We pray Jumuah at 1 PM. We are planning to have Tarawih daily in Ramadan at 7 PM as we have a hafiz who will conduct the prayers.

Since we are a newly established community our goal is to expand and have a permanent Islamic center in the Cape area. We can accomplish our goal provided we participate collectively in donating toward this challenging project.

We would like to call on our community to take advantage of the coming of the month of Ramadan and donate according to your best possible ability. We are a tax-exempt non profit organization and your donation will tax deductible. May Allah help us all raise the banner of Islam and educate our neighbors about Islam.
